Volkswagen se burla del Golf R 333 de edición limitada con escape acrapovic

Próximamente llegará una nueva versión del VW Golf R y el fabricante de automóviles la ha presentado en un avance entretenido y divertido.

Este nuevo modelo se conoce como VW Golf R 333 Limited Edition y seguirá los pasos del Golf R 20 Years Edition que se lanzó en 2022 y solo se fabricó durante 12 meses. Al igual que la versión de 20 años, el Golf R 333 Limited Edition generará 333 CV, lo que se traduce en 329 CV. Como probablemente estarás de acuerdo, el número «333» tiene más resonancia que el número «329».

El video teaser muestra que la escotilla caliente tendrá un acabado en un tono amarillo brillante y se completará con un puñado de detalles en azul. Esto incluirá la insignia azul ‘R’, así como las pinzas de freno azules. También podemos ver que el Golf R 333 Limited Edition tendrá gráficos negros ‘333’ en la parte inferior de las puertas, espejos retrovisores negros, llantas negras de 19 pulgadas y un sistema de escape Akrapovic.

Todavía no se sabe si se ofrecerán otras combinaciones de colores, pero lo sabremos cuándo se revelará el automóvil el 31 de mayo.

Dado que el automóvil produce potencialmente los mismos 329 caballos de fuerza que el Golf R 20 Years Edition, también tiene que desembolsar los mismos 309 lb-ft (420 Nm) de torque. Si bien el Golf R estándar coincide con esta cifra de torque, su potencia disminuye levemente con 315 bhp. Por supuesto, los clientes probablemente no podrán sentir ese gruñido adicional, pero definitivamente es bueno tenerlo.

The teaser video shows that the hot hatch will be finished in a bright shade of yellow and come complete with a handful of blue accents. These will include blue ‘R’ badges as well as blue brake calipers. We can also see that the Golf R 333 Limited Edition will have black ‘333’ graphics on the lower part of the doors, black wing mirrors, 19-inch black wheels, and an Akrapovic exhaust system."

It is not yet known if other color combinations will be offered but we’ll find out when the car is unveiled on May 31."

Given the likelihood of the car producing the same 329 hp as the Golf R 20 Years Edition, it should also push out the same 309 lb-ft (420 Nm) of torque. While the standard Golf R matches this torque figure, it is slightly down on power with 315 horses. Of course, customers probably won’t be able to feel that extra grunt but it’s definitely a nice thing to have."

CarScoops expects that VW will also make a series of alterations to the interior of the Golf R 333 Limited Edition. These will probably include some special badges or graphics as well as some colorful accents to match the yellow and blue of the exterior."
